At home, weâve had some difficult news but are seeing out the week with things looking more positive. Matt and Sarah are also moving into their new house tomorrow which is very excitingð
At work, I feel like Iâve had a few small wins in terms of empowering my direct reports and identifying situations where I can delegate responsibility. As someone whose default setting is to try to help everyone, this is something I need to keep working on to avoid burning myself out. I also delivered a new webinar this week on Accessible Mobile Development, which was nerve wracking, but Iâm proud of all the preparation I put into it and I think the session ran smoothlyð
Overall a good week for Daniel. Iâm very tired but contentð
