We saw the fantastic performance of 100% Chance of Rain @chickenshed_uk last night. It was an emotionally taxing journey, looking at the attitudes and statistics around mental health, and understanding ourselves through creative expression. It was difficult to watch but delicately handled. The performance itself was among the best Iâve seen at The Shed over the years: beautiful choreography - a pleasing emphasis on physical theatre and dance - and stunning use of lighting, sound and props for each of the scenes. It really felt like the best of #chickenshed all in one evening. There are three performances left - one tonight, two tomorrow - and Iâd highly recommend going to see it. #mentalhealth #suicide #arttherapy
