If we were having coffee.. I'd tell you that this week I feel truly humbled and grateful for the friends and family in my life (also that I mostly drink herbal tea these daysð) I rarely ask for help, but when I do those close to me always overwhelm me with their compassionâ¤ï¸

We're heading to St Ives tomorrow for a week long break, staying in a cosy farm cottage, just on the rural outskirts. For our overseas brethren, it's almost as far south west as you can go: not quite as far as Land's End, but very nearly. It will be a long train journey but I enjoy those.
.
It's a long overdue chance to unplug and focus more on myself (ourselves) and what makes me tick. Hopefully a chance to throw myself into the things that make me happy and lay my demons to rest. Put simply: I need to recharge and - as I've been told more than once recently - find my mojo again. I will try.
.
Meanwhile our resident VIP Chocolat is enjoying the garden, even as the weather turns colder now at the start of Autumnð There's plenty of squirrels and birds to stalk and neighbourhood cats to chase off. She's such a chatty, affectionate little soul who never fails to make me smileð
.
To you and yours: Have a good weekâ¤ï¸
