I had the good fortune to share the most painful part of my trek with these two amazing women. I would not have finished as quickly or as strongly as I did without them.
Fiona and Claire are raising money for Whoopsadaisy, a Brighton-based charity that offers support and therapy for children with physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy. They run weekly hands on parent and child group sessions for under fives, and Saturday and holiday clubs for primary school children.
Whoopsadaisy are the only charity in East Sussex promoting Conductive Education therapy to develop children's physical, social and sensory skills, while at the same time having lots of fun.
You can read more about Fiona's personal story and Whoopsadaisy on her fundraising page. Please share and spare a penny or two if you can to keep this fantastic service goingð
Sadly links don't work in IG updates but if you Google "Fiona Whoopsadaisy" her fundraising page will pop right upð
