I now introduce my Eve Online main character Edward Spiegel! (Named after Edward and Spike from CB obviously):
I forgot to take a screenie of his profile so i’ll do that at another time, but basically my race is Gallente (kinda french origin) and my bank balance is about 300,000.00ISK (Inter-Stellar Kredits) which is almost penniless by Eve standards!
I have a Tristan frigate – here’s the website blurb:

I also have a Caldari Badger (an industrial ship) but i haven’t quite trained up the skills to fly it yet. Here’s it’s blurb:
The Badger-class freighter is the main cargo-carrier for the Caldari State, particularly in long, arduous trade-runs. Its huge size and comfortable armament makes it perfectly equipped for those tasks, although the Caldari seldom let it roam alone. Special Ability: 5% Bonus Cargo Capacity and Max Velocity per Caldari Industrial skill level.

The main races in Eve are Gallente, Amarr, Caldari and Minmatar with each having their own enemies – I think the Amarr are the Gallenteans main enemy. There’s also the mysterious Jove empire that no-one knows much about…Anyway, it’s all alot to take in and right now i’m just doing basic courier missions and NPC kills to save up enough cash to get a better ship. I haven’t even joined a Corporation yet as I don’t have the confidence of lending my skills in battle and i don’t have the ship for mining.

Eve looks good…you’ll have to show me how it works sometime! I agree about the unhealthy thing though, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to spend most of their life in front of a PS2 or computer although I do appreciate games and stuff. It can be mentally unbalancing – imagine if someone spent most of their life doing one thing all the time, like watching TV or whatever! =S
Anyway, hope Eve goes well – I’m sure your character will have more adventures when things get moving,lol.
